My friend, Peggy is a marvelous cook and knows all the great places to eat. She had suggested going out to dinner and this is one of her favorite Chinese restaurants. I was waiting for her in the snowstorm on January 26 at 4:30 p.m. and took a picture of the outside of the restaurant. Not one to be late, Peggy was stuck in traffic.
