On January 30 at 4:30 p.m., the Bomber was inside the auto-wash at the Conoco station at Morrison Road and Kipling. Five bucks will get you a lousy wash job, but thorough wash jobs get to wait until spring. As a kid I was always frightened of auto-washes where you stay in the car. I think it's because my mother probably tried to back out of the wash instead of pulling forward when it was done. Drunk driving in the car wash, that would be my mom. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.
