Everyone, meet Scot. Scot is our token male unit secretary and pretty much has the answer to any and every question there is about Cr@ig. On March 19 at 4:30 p.m. I could see the end in sight of a very long 12 hour day. Scot and I share the job and all the tasks that are required to get the job done. That includes the answering the call system and we sometimes resort to "1,2,3, not it!" I lost this round and Scot was reminding me it was my turn to answer one of the 200-300 calls that can come in during one shift. Scot rocks.
