April 11

It figures. I get my cameras all torn apart and packed away for my flight home from San Francisco, and my phone alarm goes off. The only camera available was my cell phone and all there was to photograph was my stuff sitting and waiting to go home. On April 11 at 4:30 p.m. I was ready to go to San Francisco International Airport and go home from the social documentary class held these last few days. The 300mm lens on the floor had an interesting trip; it got left in the cab, found it's way to the hotel and sat in the security office till Kenn's LowePro bag went missing. I'm not sure I buy the security guard's story about the len's adventure over the last few days. Admittedly, a camera buff, he was hoping no one would claim the lens and he would could keep it for himself. April 11, 2009.
