On May 25 at 4:30 p.m. I was working my way through a project for CMC. This project is a database of 800 donors that is used to send solicitation emails for donations to this non-profit. I put in so many hours during Memorial Day weekend just to catch up on this database and the emails that needed to be sent out. Scut work, really, but I agreed to do it. It's been so hard to work part time, look for jobs, do schoolwork because I have to keep my health insurance, be a mother and a grandmother and have some something that looks like a social life. The database was completed a few days later, but we're still working with potential donors up until the main event on June 20. I'm kind of proud of the database and how good it is, but it's not the kind of work I want to do for the rest of my life. May 25, 2009.
