On June 16 at 4:30 p.m. I was looking at a couple of duplexes in Lakewood to see if moving into one of them would be better than my great but expensive apartment. This one at 105 S Cody would have been almost perfect except for the big ass lawn that I would have been in charge of mowing every week and watering every few days. NOT. That's why I live in an apartment, so I don't have to mow or do anything like that. I'm over it. The place was great, with about 1300 sq ft of space, including 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full finished basement downstairs. The place is quiet and backs up to Colorado Christian University. A very nice little place except for the big ass lawn.
And only $900 a month. June 16, 2009.
