On August 14 at 4:30 p.m. I was headed home from the Little Bear bar in Evergreen as a Colorado summer storm brewed overhead. Jenn LeBlanc and I had a long lunch full of conversation about journalism and working as a photographer and as a writer. A good time to be sure, topped off by the fact our pizza was burned and they comped us our entire lunch. August 14, 2009.
