I covered the Evergreen Chili-Cook Off and at 4:30 p.m. on September 13 I was coming home. I missed the sametime and took this photo dedicated to all the cute firefighters at the cook-off today. It would be a great evening if the goofy person upstairs wasn’t blaring their stupid stereo. Some people just aren't considerate at all. September,13, 2009.
