A beautiful Labor Day and I spent the whole day at home, hiding from the insane traffic on 285. The Norfolk pine that sits on the front porch has been witness to everything that goes by and it's coming to the end of its tenure outside. The days are getting much cooler and the overnight temps are edging their way down to the 30's. I bought this pine a few years ago when I had lots of room in a too big house. A house the I now wish I had some of the storage space from the basement, or even just a linen closet. I sometimes just sit and try to figure out ways to make everything fit in this house. Between that and the bears, this places gets to me occasionally. September 7, 2009.
