This confusing little chart is something a lot of people use when the can't remember the dosage indicators of BID, QID, QD, and have a hard time remembering that 6 p.m. is 1800. I rarely look at this chart anymore, I've learned all these combinations. On May 11 at 1630 I was working at the desk at 2W. One one side of the desk was a plethora of weird-assed conversations, and on this side, a stealthy photograph. No need to upset the brain injury patients by whipping out a camera. May 11, 2009
