Mar 6

March 6 is one of those pivotal days in my life calendar. My granddaughter Mariah was born that day 6 years ago. I also had a boyfriend while my divorce was going on and his birthday was March 6 (that man renewed my faith in all mankind in every possible way). Also, Chris Broderick, one of the guitarist for Megadeth was born on that day, and I knew him as my guitar teacher when he was still here in Denver getting his BA in Guitar Performance from DU and played with Jag Panzer. So, March 6 is one of those days where lots comes together.

However, I started this day by being at work for the night shift, came home and slept for an hour, went to my Portfolio Presentation class where SPJ President Noelle Leavitt was the speaker, came home for another hour of sleep, then completed a homework assignment, went shopping for Mariah's bday, went to Paul's place to spend sometime with her on her birthday, then home for another homework assignment. However, at 4:30 p.m. on March 6, I was out like a light, so I used a little creative license to make an image of what it looks like with my eyes closed.
